Calle Manzana 17 is a cozy nook in the heart of Madrid. The building is artfully designed, and is nestled above one the tastiest Argentinian restaurant in the whole city (in my opinion, at least). In particular, I have enjoyed living in the Aquarius apartment, both for its large countertops, modern bathroom, and the natural light that comes through the apartment’s many windows each day. It’s a comfortable and welcoming space and it been a wonderful during my past 6 months in Madrid. But beyond aesthetics, the apartment truly stands out in its location. Steps away is Gran Vía, and the vibrant city atmosphere that emanates from one of Madrid’s most traveled streets. Multiple metro and bus connections are a short walk from the apartment, allowing residents to traverse the city with ease. I’ve also enjoyed the apartment’s close proximity to the neighborhoods of Conde Duque and Malasaña. These two zones of Madrid are well-known hubs for both culture and gastronomy, and have plenty of young neighbors in their 20s and 30s. Residents will never lack events and activities, day or night. If you’re looking for an apartment with the above-mentioned traits, consider living here on Calle Manzana and see what Madrid has to offer.
